2. Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability. Booking a session means you’re committed to attending at the scheduled date and time. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may shorten the session or require rescheduling.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be subject to a fee of 75%

4. Payment
Payment is due after the booking is confirmed by a Sajirah team member. We accept wire transfers, direct deposits and cash payments (Cash payments are only made at our physical locations). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though any changes will not affect appointments already booked and paid for.

5. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential in accordance with professional and legal standards, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court order, or mandatory reporting obligations).

6. Telehealth Sessions
For sessions conducted virtually, you are responsible for ensuring a private, stable environment and reliable internet connection. Telehealth is not appropriate for all situations, including certain emergencies; if you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate personal and health information at the time of booking. Please notify us of any changes to your contact details or medical/mental health history that may affect your care.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics and logos are the property of Sajirah Psych unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
